I led several website updates, with the recent iteration boosting SEO through new pages for company news, products, industry updates, and event- creating an engaging user journey that encouraged demo scheduling.

I managed the company's social media, creating weekly platform- specific video and JPEG content to position Ascent as smart, innovative, and operationally relevant, distinguishing it from competitors.

As head of marketing, I led social media campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn, sharing fire professional's testimonials and demo footage to highlight Ascent's value in training scenarios.

For our first-generation product launch, I collaborated with engineering to create a compact, foldable user manual for the hardware each department would receive, ensuring clear guidance for deployment.
